At BDO, we are looking to bring on an intern who is eager to learn, develop their skills and participate in recruitment processes in a professional, dynamic and international environment. Задачи:
* Participate in recruitment processes, from publishing job offers to identifying and evaluating candidates.
* Carry out CV screening and actively search for profiles through different channels and platforms.
* Assist with telephone and competency-based interviews.
* Manage and update the candidate database.
* Coordinate interviews and follow up on recruitment processes.
* Maintain close communication with candidates during the different stages of the process.
* Work with the team to identify and attract talent aligned with the needs of the different business areas. Требования:
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Business Administration or similar qualifications.
* Interest in personnel selection, recruitment and talent identification.
* Good communication, organizational and teamwork skills.
* Proactive attitude, attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
* Intermediate-high level of English.
