* Develop portfolio strategies aligned with approved investment objectives and risk limits.
* Evaluate digital assets and blockchain projects through fundamental research and tokenomics analysis.
* Manage allocation, position sizing, liquidity reserves, and portfolio rebalancing.
* Monitor volatility, concentration, correlations, drawdowns, and counterparty exposure.
* Assess protocol, custody, and smart contract risks before recommending investments.
* Prepare investment recommendations, portfolio reviews, and performance attribution reports.
* Maintain documented investment decisions and coordinate implementation with relevant teams. Qualifications
* Experience in portfolio management, investment research, asset management, or digital assets.
* Strong understanding of portfolio construction, diversification, and risk management.
* Familiarity with Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi, and blockchain infrastructure.
* Ability to build financial models and evaluate performance against appropriate benchmarks.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.
* Based in Spain and legally authorized to work in Spain. Preferred Background
* Experience with an asset manager, investment firm, fintech company, or Web3 organization.
* Familiarity with Dune, DefiLlama, Token Terminal, Excel, Python, or SQL.
* Understanding of on-chain analytics, treasury planning, hedging, and token vesting. Compensation €75,000
- €105,000 gross per year, depending on experience and responsibilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
