BrandBastion is seeking an Account Director to lead a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. You will own the customer relationship, drive value realization, and manage renewals and expansion through senior-level engagements with Global Heads of Social and VP Marketing. You'll work with product and tech teams to optimize workflows, advise on platform adoption, and bring strategic social trends to clients, contributing to BrandBastion's AI-first social engagement approach.
