Key responsibilities
* Actively acquiring and retaining both national and international clients for yacht refit and maintenance projects.
* Consulting with boat owners, captains, and representatives to understand their technical refit and servicing requirements.
* Building lasting commercial relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Representing the company at maritime industry events, trade gatherings, and nautical showcases. Requirements
* Demonstrated professional experience in sales and client acquisition.
* Sound working knowledge of boats and marine vessels.
* A very high level of English, enabling fluent communication and negotiations with international clientele.
* A valid Class B car driving license and motorcycle license, as well as your own vehicle for independent mobility.
* A recreational craft skipper certification (PER
- Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) or higher is valued. Benefits and compensation
* A permanent contract (contrato indefinido) with long-term stability.
* An annual gross base salary of 33,000 euros, plus variable commissions on sales performance.
* A reliable working schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
