Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and evaluate social media content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety policies.
* Analyze reported content to identify potential policy violations, including spam, hate speech, and graphic materials.
* Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy while navigating complex social media industry workflows.
* Stay up-to-date with evolving social media trends and policy shifts to provide effective moderation support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate sensitive cases and contribute to a healthier digital ecosystem.
* Participate in regular feedback sessions to improve moderation efficiency and community safety benchmarks.
* Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
* Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
* Strong interest in the social media industry and digital community safety.
* Ability to handle sensitive content with resilience and professional maturity.
* Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate team collaboration.
* High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
