* Lead requirements and business workshops.
* Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding solutions.
* Define and optimise end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
* Configure Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
* Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Payroll and Finance teams. What we're looking for
* 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
* 3+ successful implementations across Recruiting and Onboarding.
* Strong HR/talent acquisition background.
* Excellent understanding of recruitment, candidate management, selection, offers, onboarding, compliance and reporting.
* Experience working in global or multi-country environments.
* Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
