responsibilities:
* Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions
* Write high-quality, maintainable code across the stack, with a strong focus on system design and critical backend components
* Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into solutions
* Lead design and architectural decisions in collaboration
* Take technical ownership of core parts of the platform What we are looking for:
* Strong experience building production software
* Minimum 2 years experience acting as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer
* Solid experience with React, Node.js and Typescript
* Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
* Experience working across the full product lifecycle
* Ability to work autonomously
* Experience making architectural decisions
* Enjoys working in a start-up, scale up environment
* Fluent Spanish, English would be advantageous Tech Stack: Typescript, NodeJs, React, PostgreSQL and AWS Based in Barcelona along with a hybrid working model
