About The Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer their questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience. The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

* Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English
* Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Organized and attentive to detail
* Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory
