* Provide technical leadership across Roches Digital Solutions ecosystem
* Lead investigations into complex customer complaints and product quality issues
* Coordinate cross-functional investigations with software, product, quality, and global affiliates
* Empower teams to make technically sound, regulation-compliant decisions
* Identify trends from field data and feedback to drive quality and safety improvements
* Collaborate with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to improve engineering practices and ways of working Requisitos principales
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
* Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership in cloud-based, distributed environments
* Proven ability to lead through influence in matrix organizations
* Strong background in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, DevOps, or digital health solutions
* Passion for coaching engineers and building technical communities
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder management; fluent English
