Job Description
What will your responsibilities be at Ayming?
* Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
* Translate business requirements into data models, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions.
* Build and maintain analytical datasets using Databricks, SQL, and Python.
* Develop and enhance BI reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
* Analyze local data sources and integrate them into the broader data ecosystem.
* Support the identification, design, and deployment of Data & AI use cases.
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation of KPIs.
* Act as a bridge between business users and the central Data & AI team.
* Promote data-driven decision making across the Spain organization.
* Collaborate closely with the Data Engineer to industrialize analytics products. You are
* Business-oriented and interested in understanding how the company operates.
* Comfortable working directly with operational teams, managers, and leadership.
* Curious about how Data & AI can solve real business problems.
* Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented.
* A strong communicator able to bridge business and technical teams.
* A collaborative team player with an international mindset. Qualifications You have
* 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, analytics engineering, or related fields.
* Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
* Good Python programming skills for data preparation, analysis, and automation.
* Experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms (Looker, Tableau).
* Experience building dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytical models.
* Familiarity with analytics platforms like Databricks (Snowflake, Jupyther Notebooks, Google Colab).
* Understanding of data modeling and analytical data structures.
* Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
