* Advise and support management on all legal-related issues
* Provide extensive legal counsel; negotiate and review software license and service agreements from partners, suppliers, and our customers worldwide
* Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including but not limited to the further development of EQS Group’s internal compliance structure
* Participation in the further development of standard contracts and general terms and conditions
* Various project work, e.g., review and consistent updating of contract forms in the respective national language, as well as the follow-up of contract translations
* Supporting sales in structuring transactions and accelerating the sales contracting process High service orientation as well as an independent and result-oriented way of workingAbility to efficiently handle changing tasks under time pressure and to set the required prioritiesEnjoys a highly collaborative environment and interdisciplinary workProficient communication skills in English and French (C1). Another European language is a plusUnderstanding of economic contextsNegotiating skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressureProven experience practicing independently or in the legal department of a technology company, ideally with a focus on software license and service agreements and an international environmentUniversity degree in law #J-18808-Ljbffr
