KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deploy integrated marketing communication projects, including asset transcreation and websites management).
* Project planning, execution and monitoring: assist in planning and coordinating marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and track project progress.
* Collaborate with country teams to ensure flawless execution of key projects.
* Track and analyze business performance by cluster/market (NTS, GP%, BC%, market share, SOV).
* Monitor media campaign performance.
* Analyze consumer research data to derive insights and action plans.
* Demonstrate excitement, passion, and curiosity for our brands, consumer insights, product formulations, competition, and impactful claims. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES:

REQUIREMENTS:
* College/University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
* MBA or Marketing Master's degree is a plus.
* Previous experience in project management.
* Experience in consumer healthcare or goods marketing is advantageous.
* English proficiency is mandatory; other languages (Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Greek) are a plus.
