Location:
Prague (preferred) or Italy, Spain, Romania, Hungary Work Model: Remote with occasional travel to Prague Initial Short Term B2B Contract Required Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Product Analyst, or similar role. Strong background in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management. Experience working on data, reporting, analytics, or data product initiatives. Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and user stories. Experience managing backlogs within Agile delivery environments. Strong documentation and communication skills. Experience creating acceptance criteria and supporting UAT activities. Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams. Preferred Experience Exposure to People & Organisation (HR/P&O) data and processes. Previous experience within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industries. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master data concepts. Experience working within corporate functions such as: ESG Ethics, Risk & Compliance (ERC) Legal Procurement
