About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our customer support team in Barcelona. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve any issues or queries with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service in Spanish via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and general troubleshooting.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and timely assistance.
* Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. What Were Looking For
* Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a must.
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
* A friendly and positive attitude, with strong problem-solving skills.
