* Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend services with teammate support
* Implement well-scoped technical solutions for customer-facing features
* Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
* Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability

* Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software

* Experience building backend applications with modern programming languages and frameworks
* Understanding of backend software engineering fundamentals, including APIs, databases, and distributed systems concepts
* Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL

* Familiarity with microservices or service-oriented architectures
* Basic understanding of cloud platforms and modern development practices, preferably AWS
* Motivation to write reliable, well-tested, and maintainable code
* Full professional proficiency in English

* Collaborative approach to problem-solving
