About the Role
As a Finance Management Trainee, you will focus on four core areas: capacity cost, network cost, center operating cost, and regional business performance. From a finance perspective, you will provide business support across the logistics network in Spain. You will gradually build a holistic understanding of the business and its cost structure, laying the foundation for becoming a logistics finance professional with both business insight and financial expertise. Responsibilities
* Gain an in-depth understanding of different business functions, business processes, and operational workflows from a finance management trainee's perspective.
* Take part in the full cycle of logistics network planning and operations in Spain, and systematically learn core business areas such as carrier management and capacity coordination.
* Assist with network layout and operational follow-up, monitor key indicators such as parcel volume and service quality, and help drive the implementation of standardization and compliance management.
* Participate in daily center operations, quality control, exception handling, and resource scheduling to keep the hub running efficiently and smoothly.
* Assist with regional operations coordination, communication, issue follow-up, and service improvement, while learning how the regional network operates as a whole and how teams work together.
* Conduct data-driven analysis and review based on business performance, propose optimization recommendations, and learn the overall logic of operations along the way.
* Provide cross-cultural communication support to the Chinese business team, bridging headquarters and local business to move collaboration forward. Clear Growth Path
* Onboarding stage: Systematically learn the end-to-end business chain and standard finance processes such as accounting, reimbursement, and settlement, and build a solid professional foundation through hands-on work.
* Development stage: Focus on core areas and be able to independently complete specific tasks (such as special cost analyses, reconciliation, and monthly report support), monitor indicators, and coordinate across departments.
* Advanced stage: Gradually lead special projects, take part in budget preparation, resource coordination, and regional business analysis, and grow toward becoming a core finance management professional. Requirements
* Able to use Chinese, English, and Spanish as working languages, and to independently handle business communication and multi-party collaboration.
* Recent graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience; majors such as logistics management, supply chain management, business administration, economics, and data analytics are preferred.
* Understand the operating logic of the logistics industry and be willing to build a long-term career in it.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work in cross-cultural and cross-department settings and efficiently get things done.
* Highly adaptable and able to handle the pace of the business and unexpected situations positively.
* Data-driven mindset, with a knack for spotting issues in the data and driving solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
