• Administer, maintain and implement technologies and platforms
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and implement system enhancements
• Support change management to drive adoption of new tools and ways of working
• Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs; analyze operational data for trends and risks
• Generate routine and ad hoc leadership reports
• Support initiatives with new technologies, workflows and processes
• Develop/maintain procedures, templates, standards, and operational guidance
• Deliver training and ongoing support for systems and tools
• Support onboarding and capability development; maintain accessible knowledge repos Responsabilidades
• Strong analytical, technical and project management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, templates)
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to analyze complex operational data from multiple sources
• Detail-oriented
