Job Overview We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for a Latvian Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer support services to clients via telephone, email, and live chat in Latvian.
* Analyze and troubleshoot complex user inquiries to ensure efficient, solutions-oriented outcomes.
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions within the internal support database.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate technical issues and ensure service-level agreement compliance.
* Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to provide expert guidance to our end-users.
* Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance communication skills and product knowledge.
* Strive to meet and exceed monthly quality and performance KPIs.
* Native or fluent Latvian (spoken and written).
* Professional proficiency in English to navigate internal systems and team communication.
* Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU (mandatory).
* Proven passion for customer support services and problem-solving.
* Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
* Strong digital literacy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
