Job Overview We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Finnish Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for Finnish-speaking clients, providing expert assistance within the Customer Support Services sector.
* Resolve complex inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and solutions provided within the internal support database.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalade and resolve technical or operational issues efficiently.
* Drive positive outcomes by applying advanced product knowledge to offer tailored solutions to the end-user.
* Stay updated on company policies and industry trends to provide consistent and accurate service.
* Participate in team briefings to improve support processes and contribute to a high-performance work culture.
* Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is strictly required.
* Professional proficiency in English for internal communication.
* Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly advantageous.
* Valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization for Bulgaria.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
* Readiness to relocate to Sofia for this career-defining position in Bulgaria.
