Job Description
* Build credibility and trust quickly.
* With the Iberia CEO, Leadership Team, finance organisation, and regional and European stakeholders.
* Balance business proximity with the independence required of the finance function.
* Lead the transformation.
* Evolve the finance function and prepare the organisation for Fusion.
* Challenge existing processes, promote new ways of working, and manage change effectively.
* Deliver impact from the earliest stages of onboarding.
* Drive business partnering.
