• Analyze pricing performance across products, markets, and customer segments to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Monitor price realisation versus inflation and identify opportunities to protect margins and profitability
• Identify pricing risks, margin erosion trends, competitive threats, and commercial opportunities across the EMEA portfolio
• Support development and enhancement of pricing and estimating models, processes, and tools
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, and Estimating teams to align reporting and pricing governance
• Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership
• Support pricing strategy initiatives to improve consistency, visibility, and commercial performance across the region
• Drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing across multiple countries and business units Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in pricing, estimating, or related analytics in a B2B manufacturing/industrial environment
• Strong analytical capability and advanced Excel skills
• Experience building and maintaining pricing and estimating models
• Understanding of pricing strategy, cost dynamics, margins, and performance metrics
• Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations
• Experience working across multiple countries/cultures in international settings
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Structured, process-oriented approach with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
