* Support the development of technical solutions for projects
* Prepare layout drawings, technical configurations and pre-engineering packages
* Support technical feasibility checks and identify deviations or constraints
* Coordinate project information with international teams, internal stakeholders, factories and suppliers
* Monitor technical project progress and support the resolution of engineering issues, escalating complex cases when required
* Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations and quality requirements
* Contribute to lessons learned activities, standardization and continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices Requisitos principales
* University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or another relevant technical field
* Graduate or up to 2–3 years of engineering experience
* Experience with international and cross-functional teams is an advantage
* Professional working proficiency in English
* Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
* Curious, eager to learn and open to feedback
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on technical accuracy
* Collaborative with good communication skills in an international environment
* Proactive and willing to take increasing ownership and responsibility
