Remote, with an expectation of travel up to 30 days per year Type: Full-timeRole Summary The Senior Project Manager (Senior PM) has ultimate responsibility for projects end-to-end, owning successful delivery from opportunity shaping and proposal development through execution, closure, and post-project follow-up. This is a highly client-facing role that combines strong project leadership with an active contribution to sales, client management, and relationship growth. The Senior PM is a senior representative of Patvocates and will represent PV at external and internal events, client meetings, partner engagements, and other forums. The role also requires active cross-unit collaboration with PV’s NGO units and internal teams (Digital & Innovation, Communications, Events) to ensure integrated delivery and a consistent client experience. The Senior PM engages in ongoing training as required to maintain and expand relevant skills, tools, and best practices. Joining Patvocates means stepping into a mission-driven, patient-led think-and-do tank where strategy and delivery translate directly into real-world impact for patients and the communities that represent them. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full end-to-end ownership of complex, high-visibility client engagements—shaping opportunities, co-developing solutions, and delivering excellent work across content, meetings, facilitation, budgets, and stakeholder coordination. You’ll also play an active role in client management and business development, helping build trusted partnerships and ensuring every project strengthens long-term relationships and outcomes. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, international environment alongside colleagues across our internal teams, bringing together the right expertise to deliver consistently high-quality work. Patvocates is entrepreneurial and fast-moving, with a strong culture of ownership, clarity, and follow-through—and we invest in people through ongoing training and development as projects and needs evolve. If you want a role where you can lead, influence, and deliver work that is both commercially excellent and meaningfully patient-centered, Patvocates offers that intersection every day. For those who are driven, highly motivated, and can bring excellence to their work in patient engagement, Patvocates also offers opportunities and growth beyond this role.
