Other EU programme Is the Job related to staff position within a Research Infrastructure? No Offer Description Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) remains a major unmet medical need, as current treatments primarily focus on controlling inflammation but have limited capacity to promote effective intestinal mucosal repair. The secretome of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) represents a promising cell-free therapeutic alternative with both immunomodulatory and regenerative properties. This project aims to develop a new generation of MSC secretome-based therapies capable of simultaneously targeting immune dysregulation and epithelial damage. To achieve this, immunomodulatory and regenerative secretomes with optimized biological profiles will be generated and characterized, while their modular combination will also be explored to enhance therapeutic activity. In parallel, different formulation and delivery strategies will be developed, including oral colon-targeted delivery systems and parenteral formulations, whose efficacy will be evaluated in experimental models of IBD. Overall, the project seeks to advance reproducible and versatile cell-free therapies capable of jointly addressing inflammation and intestinal mucosal regeneration. Certification for Functions B and C in animal experimentation. Additional Information Additional comments Please read carefully sections 4 and7 of the call. #J-18808-Ljbffr
