* Migrate client platform and onboard to customer processes
* Develop and maintain Java/Kotlin Spring Boot microservices; implement new features
* Improve personalized search and modernize data ingestion for faster indexing
* Ensure cloud readiness and Azure APIM/gateway integration
* Collaborate across teams and with the client to identify best solutions
* Lead development teams and drive technical direction Requisitos principales
* Kotlin, Java Spring Boot, Gradle
* 1+ year of Team Lead, Tech Lead or Architect experience
* 5+ years of enterprise backend system design experience
* Strong Java/Kotlin knowledge; Spring/Spring Boot expertise
* Deep understanding of enterprise architecture patterns
* Hands-on Azure experience (preferably Azure AI Search) and cloud architecture
* Experience with distributed systems
* Experience with Elasticsearch
* Good SQL knowledge
* Familiar with microservice architectures; containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/PKS/OpenShift)
* Experience with PostgreSQL
* Adoption of Agile and DevOps culture
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to work until 8:00 pm CET; English: B2 or higher
