* Design, develop, and scale high‑traffic backend services, APIs, and runtime systems.
* Build developer interfaces, SDKs, and tools that enhance developer experience.
* Collaborate with customers to understand and solve integration challenges.
* Optimize backend performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Contribute to open‑source repositories and engage with the developer community.
* Shape the technical roadmap and strategic decisions across the platform.

* 10+ years of backend engineering experience with high‑traffic systems.
* Strong expertise in developer infrastructure, APIs, databases, and performance‑critical applications.
* Proficient in Node.js and modern backend technology stacks.
* Deep understanding of developer experience (DX) and product‑focused engineering.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work proactively in a remote‑first environment.
* Ownership‑driven mindset, able to navigate ambiguity, and contribute effectively in a startup setting.
* Pragmatic, collaborative, and positive approach to problem‑solving and team support. Benefits
