* You organize ERP implementation projects and coordinate the required meetings.
* You ensure that the agreed project objectives are achieved and that the project scope, schedule, and budget are adhered to.
* You plan and organize regular steering committee meetings with the customer.
* You monitor project progress using the relevant DevOps tool.
* You plan the hours to be worked on the project.
* You validate the hours worked on the project.
* You ensure that projects follow COSMO's established methodology, which is based on Success by Design.
* You develop and support the project team.
* You prepare project status documentation and monitor it regularly.
* You resolve billing-related issues.
* You are responsible for customer satisfaction with the project and the services provided by COSMO CONSULT SPAIN. Требования:
* At least five years of experience managing ERP implementation projects
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
* Excellent time-management and organizational skills
* Strong communication skills
* Conflict-management and mediation skills
* Native-level Spanish and advanced English skills for communication in international projects and with global stakeholders
