SAP RE-FX Consultant (Lease Management Migration) Hello, our name is Customertimes, but you can call us CT. Location:
Europe How you'll make an impact:
* RE-FX Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of Master Data (Business Entities, Rental Objects, Contracts) and core processes within SAP RE-FX to support the new lease management landscape;
* Delta Design: Analyze existing Nakisa LM processes and design the \"to-be\" processes in SAP RE-FX, identifying functional gaps and providing solutions;
* Migration & Cutover: Lead the data migration strategy for lease contracts from Nakisa to RE-FX. Be responsible for legacy data mapping, validation, and execution of cutover activities;
* Functional Specifications: Prepare detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) for user exits, enhancements, and custom developments required for the migration;
* Testing Support: Actively support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect resolution and test script validation;
* Training & Knowledge Transfer: Develop training materials and provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for key users. Conduct end-user training before and after UAT;
* Hypercare: Provide post-go-live support (Hypercare) to ensure system stability and resolve any migration-related issues. What makes you a great fit: Required Skills & Experience
* SAP RE-FX Expertise: Minimum [X] years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration and support. Deep knowledge of RE-FX master data and contract management;
* Migration

Experience:
Proven experience in full-cycle migration projects, specifically migrating lease data from external systems into SAP ECC;
* Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of Lease Accounting standards (IFRS 16 / ASC 842) and how they are applied within SAP RE-FX;
* Technical Documentation: Experience in writing FRS/FS documents and working with ABAP developers for custom solutions;
* Testing & Training: Demonstrated ability to manage SIT/UAT cycles and deliver effective user training. You are a star if you have:
* Nakisa LM Knowledge: Prior experience or strong functional knowledge of Nakisa Lease Management (LM) is considered a major advantage;
* SAP Integration: Familiarity with integration points between RE-FX and other SAP modules (FI, CO, AA). Soft Skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams;
