* Drive expansion into new regions by bringing onboard new venues from all around Germany
* Research the best local venues and run outreach campaigns to launch Venuu city-by-city
* Invite local partners to join under attractive launch conditions to kickstart new cities
* Onboard venues by setting up their accounts and ensuring their listings look great
* Create dedicated website content to direct traffic and bookings to newly onboarded partners Requirements
* Fluent German (written and verbal)
* Good English to collaborate with international teammates
* Experience in any client-facing or customer-centric role (retail, hospitality, call centers, sales) is highly beneficial
* Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with dozens of simultaneous conversations
* Energetic executioners with a strong interest in learning and asking questions
* Fearless communicator with pitching and objection-handling skills Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client-facing skills with a focus on onboarding and managing partnerships, while effectively communicating in both German and English.
