• Lead procurement operations to ensure accurate, compliant execution from Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order
• Coach and develop the procurement team with clear objectives and a culture of ownership
• Own operational KPIs/SLAs and use data to drive improvements
• Develop reporting and convert procurement data into insights for leadership
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, digitalise and automate processes
• Partner with Technology and other teams on process and system enhancements from requirements to adoption
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approvals, and internal controls
• Manage complex operational issues and provide root-cause resolution
• Build cross-functional relationships as a key Operations partner to Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Finance Responsabilidades
• Experience in Procurement Operations, Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay in an international setting
• Proven leadership and people development experience
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, governance, and controls
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with data/KPIs-driven decision making
• Experience leading process improvement, digitalisation, automation or transformation initiatives
• Strong project and stakeholder management across functions and levels
• Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP is highly desirable; proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
