* Opportunity to lead the opening of a 5-star luxury hotel in Costa del Sol.

* Luxury International branded hotel. Leading hotel-focused investment company with a portfolio of high-quality assets across key destinations in Spain and Southern Europe. We are currently conducting the search for a General Manager for one of its new luxury hospitality projects in Southern Spain, developed in partnership with a renowned international hotel brand. Responsibilities
* Lead all pre-opening activities including recruitment, training, budgeting, and operational setup
* Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure a successful launch and long-term profitability
* Build and inspire a high-performing team aligned with brand values and service excellence
* Oversee all departments: Rooms, F&B, Spa, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering
* Ensure compliance with brand standards, local regulations, and sustainability goals
* Establish strong relationships with ownership, brand representatives, and local stakeholders
* Drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results Benefits
