We’re hiring a VP Programme Management for a client that develop data centre campuses across multiple European markets and take sites from screening to powered, ready-to-build land. The ask: one schedule, one budget, one version of the truth across the whole portfolio. This is not a project role. It’s portfolio level. You become the reference point on what is happening when, and what it costs, in every site and every country. Leadership, the investment committee and an institutional shareholder will all work from your numbers. What you’ll do
* Build and maintain one integrated master schedule across every site, in one format
* Baseline the budget to power-ready against investment committee approval and track variance
* Produce the monthly operating review pack on a fixed date, not on request
* Own the risk register and the critical path across the portfolio, not project by project
* Set the planning, reporting and change control standards the country project managers work to
* Work alongside the Development team to keep the portfolio view current
* Maintain a capacity view that says plainly which projects the team can carry and which it cannot
* Implement portfolio-level planning tools, earned value and critical-path discipline
* Lead a small core team covering planning and procurement What you bring
* Programme or PMO director experience on multi-site capital programmes above EUR 500 million, at portfolio level
* Data centre experience. This is mandatory
* A track record of reporting programme performance to an institutional investor or a board
* Hands‑on command of portfolio planning tools, earned value and critical‑path methods
* Strong influencing skills across senior colleagues in several countries and functions
* A degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field. MSP or PMP is a plus
* Fluent English. Other European languages are a plus A seat at the centre of a fast-growing portfolio, with the mandate to set the standard. #J-18808-Ljbffr
