* Build and evolve a new digital product using Java/Spring Boot and React
* Design solution architecture and make key technical decisions
* Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and integrations
* Collaborate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to define and deliver MVP capabilities
* Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality
* Contribute to product strategy and technical direction
* Promote engineering best practices and provide technical leadership within the team Requisitos principales
* 5+ years of professional software development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot
* Hands-on fullstack experience (backend, frontend, APIs, integrations)
* Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript
* Experience building applications from scratch, including MVPs and greenfield projects
* Solid understanding of architecture, design, scalability, performance, maintainability
* Experience with microservices, REST APIs, modern architectures
* Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
* Ability to evaluate alternatives, create proofs-of-concept, and make pragmatic architectural decisions
* Understanding of software quality practices (testing, code reviews, security, automation)
* Experience with Agile collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams
* Ownership mindset, autonomous work style, and ability to drive technical discussions
