BTS is seeking a People Experience Lead to join its Bilbao team, supporting SELAM across Spain, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. You will partner with leadership and managers to shape talent, engagement and onboarding, while driving analytics and continuous improvement of People processes. Lead end-to-end recruitment, talent reviews, and learning initiatives, and ensure alignment with BTS values across multiple countries.
