No Offer Description Mission: Carry out research on the rehabilitation of buildings in vulnerable environments. Functions to be developed:
* Categorize social housing building projects under development in vulnerable areas of Barcelona based on the previous environmental advisory work done by the drafting teams.
* Organize the information obtained from real cases with the categorization of properties and household structures.
* Calculate the Potential Vulnerability Index PEVI considering the energy demands obtained in energy simulations carried out.
* Calculate the Assumptionable Energy Consumption (AEC).
* Tools for simulating the energy behavior of a building.
* Criteria for the energy certification of buildings. Other requirements to consider:
* Ability to organize and manage data from simulations, user interviews and monitoring of consumption and comfort conditions in buildings.
* Ability to interpret and analyze energy simulation studies and energy audits of buildings. Specific Requirements Knowledge:
* Sociological factors that determine energy poverty and vulnerability.
* Energy efficiency and its relationship with the state of conservation of homes.
* Management and efficiency in domestic energy use.
* Energy rates and costs.
* It will be assessed: o Have completed or are currently completing a Master's degree in Rehabilitation, Sustainability, Environmental Impact or equivalent. Professional

Experience:
* In the preparation of energy certificates for buildings.
* In architectural surveys of buildings and qualitative data collection through user interviews.
* In architectural or engineering offices processing grants for the rehabilitation of homes and buildings.
* Experience in functions similar to those described will be valued, specifically in the development of research activities, both in the university and industrial environment. - 4 Additional Information €38,684.20 gross per year (full-time) Eligibility criteria All the candidates who cannot prove the required academic degree will be immediately withdrawn from the selection process. The CVs will be assessed according the following general criteria:
