* Field of
experience:
Aerospace Engineering or related fields, particularly Aircraft Design and Manufacturing.
* Independent research potential, critical thinking, ability to cope with innovation and interdisciplinarity.
* Postdoctoral experience of up to 6 years Additional Information Selection process
* To help consolidate a competitive research program in one or more areas of Aerospace Engineering
* To help build competitive proposals for research funding
* To publish impactful scientific contributions
* To advise PhD Theses. All expected management, representation, and dissemination activities of faculty members. General contractual
conditions:
* Gross salary 38-41 k€/year.
* Options for additional salary supplements offered by UC3M and based on productivity and excellence
* Standard benefits, including Health care under the Spanish National System.
* Contract Start: February 2026, preferably.
* The duration of the contract is 2 years. Successful candidates are expected to transition into a tenure-track position after that period. #J-18808-Ljbffr
