Experteer Overview As a Cloud FinOps Engineer, you will govern and optimize cloud spend across Azure, AWS, and GCP to maximize business value. You’ll collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Platform Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Cloud Service Owners to ensure transparent costs and accountable ownership in a distributed model. Your work drives financial controls, cost allocation, and savings realization to support strategic decision making. This role offers the chance to shape FinOps practices in a global healthcare analytics leader and work with cutting-edge cloud and analytics tools. Compensaciones / Beneficios
* Establish and maintain cloud financial governance and standards
* Ensure accurate cost allocation to products, apps, business units, and cost centres
* Enhance chargeback, showback, and cost allocation models
* Govern tagging, ownership validation, and cost accountability processes
* Identify and manage cloud cost optimization opportunities across Azure, AWS, and GCP
* Collaborate with platform and application teams on rightsizing, storage, reserved capacity, and licensing optimization
* Develop and maintain executive and operational dashboards for cloud spend and unit economics
* Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on cloud spend, trends, forecasts, and budget performance
* Forecast cloud expenditure across multiple platforms and monitor variance against actuals
* Mine and analyze billing data, investigate spend anomalies, and build visibility models
* Manage reserved instances and savings plans with monthly reviews and true-up activities
* Contribute to cloud vendor negotiations, procurement support, and contract renewals
* Govern cloud marketplace purchases and ensure alignment with budgets
* Maintain cost allocation methodologies for shared cloud services Responsabilidades
* Experience in Cloud FinOps, ITFM, TBM, or related disciplines
* Hands-on with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS)
* Understanding of cloud consumption and billing models at an operations level
* Experience with cost management tools (Apptio Cloudability/One/TBM, Azure Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer/CUR)
* Strong financial modelling and forecasting abilities
* Advanced Excel/Power BI skills; data reconciliation and budgeting/forecasting
* Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
