Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.
* Represent our clients professionally by delivering accurate information and troubleshooting solutions in Latvian.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to ensure quality assurance standards are met.
* Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Analyze complex customer queries and provide timely, effective resolutions.
* Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on service protocols and industry best practices.
* Contribute to a positive, efficient, and solution-oriented work environment.
* Native or fluent Latvian (spoken and written).
* Valid EU passport (mandatory).
* Strong command of the English language for corporate communication.
* Passion for excellence in the Customer Support Services industry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, highly valued in Latvian-speaking jobs.
* Ability to relocate to Sofia for this on-site Latvian Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
