The ideal candidate will have ~5+ years of relevant legal experience, a background in live entertainment, media, music, or creative industries, and strong expertise in IP, copyright, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, partners, and freelancers
* Advising on intellectual property, copyright, and licensing across music and visual content
* Reviewing NDAs and confidentiality frameworks
* Supporting on defamation, brand protection, and reputation management
* Guiding legal considerations around social media and digital content
* Identifying legal risks and delivering decisive, business-friendly solutions
