Key Responsibilities
* Analyze and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with social media safety guidelines
* Review text, images, and videos in Russian to maintain high-quality standards for the digital community
* Investigate reports of potential policy violations and take appropriate corrective actions
* Stay updated on evolving trends within the social media industry to improve moderation accuracy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate complex issues and edge cases
* Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to strict turnaround times and quality benchmarks
* Provide feedback on current content moderation tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency Requirements
* Native or fluent Russian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
* Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for visa and relocation purposes)
* A strong interest in the social media industry and digital culture
* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make objective decisions under pressure
* Previous experience in moderation or customer support is considered an asset for those seeking jobs in Bulgaria
