Are you looking for an active, hands-on role in Mallorca's agricultural sector? An agricultural company (Empresa agrícola) is currently seeking 60 agricultural workers to support farming operations across the island. The position is registered in Santa Maria del Camí, while actual work locations are distributed across various municipalities throughout Mallorca. This job offers a full-time position under a discontinuous fixed contract (fijo discontinuo) starting on February 1, 2027, with an initial 9-month campaign period and the possibility of renewal. In this role, you will take part in regular field maintenance, cultivation, and crop handling throughout the season. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Preparing agricultural land and soil for planting across designated plots
* Sowing seeds and planting crops according to seasonal schedules
* Harvesting crops carefully according to seasonal harvest guidelines
* Handling, sorting, and preparing harvested produce for distribution, focusing mainly on vegetables as well as vineyards and nut groves This role is accessible to everyone regardless of formal educational background. The requirements include:
* No formal academic qualification required (open to candidates without completed studies)
* Willingness to carry out outdoor physical tasks in changing weather conditions
* Commitment to standard daytime
working hours
and cooperative team tasks
* Availability to travel to and work at agricultural sites located in various municipalities across Mallorca The employer provides clear and reliable terms for the upcoming farming season:
* An annual gross salary of 17,094 EUR
* Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, running from 8:00 to 13:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 (subject to change depending on weather and field conditions)
* Discontinuous fixed contract covering an initial duration of 9 months, with extension opportunities
