Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery inquiries and resolve supply chain logistics discrepancies for French-speaking clients.
* Coordinate between warehouse operations, carrier services, and end customers to ensure timely delivery schedules.
* Monitor real-time shipment tracking, providing accurate updates and proactive solutions to logistics bottlenecks.
* Maintain high service standards by addressing complex claims related to the logistics and supply chain process.
* Collaborate with international stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency and operational excellence.
* Update and maintain accurate database logs regarding regional shipping routes and delivery status reports.
* Provide expert guidance on shipping policies, delivery timeframes, and transport regulations to ensure full customer satisfaction.
* Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
* Valid EU passport (mandatory).
* Proven experience or a strong interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure delivery scenarios.
* Proficiency in CRM software and standard digital logistics tools.
* Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this on-site French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor position in Bulgaria.
