Experteer Overview In this role you will support delivery of clinical studies within the core project team, ensuring contracts, SOPs and processes are met. You will work to optimize speed, quality and cost of study delivery while maintaining tools, training and standards. You’ll lead sub-teams, manage risks and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track. You help drive operational excellence and contribute to the company’s mission of advancing patient outcomes. • Contribute to integrated study management plans with the core project team or sub-teams
• Be accountable for assigned portions of studies within contract, optimizing speed, quality and cost
• Set objectives for sub-teams, communicate expectations, and monitor performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to meet milestones and resolve study issues
• Monitor progress and present project/sub-team status to internal and external stakeholders
• Identify risks and contingency plans, supporting problem solving with the project leader
• Ensure quality by addressing risks and implementing corrective actions
• May serve as primary or back-up project contact for customers
• Lead sub-team efforts and coordinate cross-collaboration to achieve milestones
• Support financial success of the project and identify opportunities to accelerate revenue
• Identify scope changes and participate in change control process
• Capture lessons learned and implement best practices
• May be assigned as primary contact for vendors and manage vendor activities Responsabilidades
• Associate's Degree in life sciences or related field (required)
• 2 years of clinical research experience (required)
• Knowledge of clinical trials, regulatory requirements (ICH GCP, local laws) and broad protocol/therapeutic knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with good presentation ability
• Problem solving, organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
• Attention to detail, quality focus and results-oriented approach
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to collaborate across geographies and with customers Requisitos principales
