The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a commercial drive and a customer-centric approach are critical. Requirements
* Language
Skills:
C1 level of German and B2 level of English
* Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)
* Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
* Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
* Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
* Experience in outbound sales and cold calling Relocation package:
* Flight expenses to Barcelona
* 1 month of accommodation in a nice studio apartment provided upon arrival while you find your permanent home Benefits
* Full-time position, Monday to Friday (39 hours/week).
* Hybrid Position.
* Competitive base salary complemented by an uncapped bonus structure, directly rewarding your individual contributions and success without limitation. Your earning potential is entirely driven by your performance.

Salary:
€30,000 gross/year
* On-Target Bonus: €5,175 gross/year (completely uncapped)
