Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz, providing unparalleled service to automotive clients
* Manage complex inquiries regarding vehicle technical support, luxury features, and service scheduling via multiple channels
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by aligning solutions with the prestige and quality standards of the automotive industry
* Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot concerns and provide guidance on new vehicle technologies
* Maintain detailed records in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication across the global automotive network
* Uphold the Mercedes-Benz legacy of excellence through proactive communication and professional problem-solving Requirements
* Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role
* Valid EU passport or work permit allowing residency in Greece
* A genuine passion for the automotive industry and high-end client service
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to convey technical automotive concepts clearly
* Strong digital literacy and experience with professional customer interaction platforms Benefits
