Remote Role Responsibilities
* Write expert-level prompts in Spanish across a range of sensitive subject areas.
* Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
* Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
* Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and accuracy.
* Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model handling of sensitive topics. Qualifications Must-Have
* Native or near-native fluency in Spanish. Business-level written English.
* A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
* Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
* Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. Preferred
* Based in Spain or the wider Western Europe region.
* Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content. xqysrnh
