Enterprise AI Value Strategy Manager

As an Enterprise AI Value Strategist, you will to join our Global AI & Data Strategy Consulting team, specialized in Supply Chain & Engineering (SC&E), you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
;
* Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
* Define and structure an organization's data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
* Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
* Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
* Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
* Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
* Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities. What We Are Looking For;
* Experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
* High-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
* Experience in managing senior stakeholders
* Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
* Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills
* Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
* Excellent leadership and people

skills:

* Modern AI capabilities:
* Basic understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
* Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, RAG or AI assistants through academic, personal or project experience.
* Interest in enterprise AI adoption and business applications.
* Willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies and methodologies.
* Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps and AI industrialization concepts is a plus.
