As a Content Moderator with Spanish and English, you will be responsible for: Reviewing user-submitted back-office content, including material that may be sensitive or potentially distressing, and making sure it follows internal policies and guidelines.
Taking the right action when content does not meet the required standards or may pose a risk.
Keeping up to date with internal procedures to ensure decisions are accurate and consistent.
Spotting recurring patterns and potential issues to help prevent risks before they escalate.
Requirements: Fluent Spanish.
English at B2 level or higher.
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with sensitive information.
Good pattern-recognition skills and the ability to manage changing priorities.
Experience with fraud, spam, or inappropriate content would be an advantage.
