Preparation and updating of contract budgetResponsible for contractual and legal aspects of projectAdministration of contract recordsProduction of monthly JCR's and JCS'sAttendance at contractor handover meetingAttendance at bi-weekly contract review meetingsUpdating of cash reporting and collectionIdentification of risks and completion of risk management planRelationship with clients, supply chain and professional teamRequirements5 years' relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industryConstruction methods and technologiesMeasurement and valuationAbility to form good working relationships with xqbhyrx all stakeholdersKnowledge and understanding of subcontract/material orders and procurementExperience in preparation and understanding of commercial reports.
