Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and deliver Sage's European labour and employee relations strategy at a national level, ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting business agility, transformation, and growth.
You will modernise engagement with employee representative bodies, including works councils and trade unions, and act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders to reduce risk while enabling transformation programmes.
This position sits in the Global Labour Relations team within the People Function, supporting a consistent, proactive, and compliant approach across Sage's European footprint.
The role is based in Barcelona with hybrid working.
